Smith Basement

The Smiths wanted a retro entertainment basement to accommodate their book club and movie parties, and most importantly, they wanted something unique! Oneida Builders created a beautiful wet bar with marble countertops, Black Cherry cabinets and glass shelving. Black custom built-ins, crafted with round and rectangle shapes, offer an unusual place to showcase collectables. Nestled between the built-ins, the fire place features a bow front and a hearth made of tiny stainless steel tiles. A movie screen pulls down from the ceiling on one side so the homeowners can watch a movie and enjoy a crackling fire at the same time. The stairs were built to accommodate custom wine racks to display the Smith&squot;s wine collection. The striking guest bathroom features a China black marble floor and a 1950&squot;s style white and chrome pedestal sink and lighted mirror. Are we sure this is a basement!?
