Beneath a vaulted ceiling, skylights let natural light into a space where maple cabinetry adds a modern feel to both his and her vanity areas. Hers is L-shaped to accommodate both a sink and a makeup area, which also has a glass window looking into the shower. A reeded glass shower door coordinates with the reed detailing on the faucets, while an original stained glass window over the tub was preserved. A combination of porcelain stone and glass tiles where used as finishing selections to create color and texture to this contemporary design.
