Jason and Nancy Brener wanted to create a contemporary entertaining space on the first floor of there home. They also wanted to close in the 2nd story room to create additional space upstairs for the kids and themselves.

We removed the entire out dated white cabinets, tile and appliances from the kitchen. And completely changed the foot print to give them a beautiful gourmet kitchen that they could not only make family dinners but have parties as well. We used Maple cabinets in the contemporary shaker style that they love. Jason Loves to cook so we wanted to make it very comfortable for him so we added a lot of little details like the hidden walk in pantry and spice pull outs on each side of his cook top. We also created a very large island as the focal point of the kitchen. The countertops are Absolute Black granite. And the back splash is a work of art made from 4 colors of Glass brick tile laid on a random pattern. The kitchen flows directly into the family room joined by the new dry bar and big glass doors leading to the deck. We closed in the 2nd story using unique coffers built with steel framing for an ultra modern look.

As for the upstairs we created an office space for both Jason and Nancy so they can work from home with ease with custom built desk and doors with reeded glass that divides the space we made for both of the children to have there own separate working stations for homework and arts and crafts. The Breners are another happy client with a beautiful new living space.
