After the Ozmint’s kitchen was destroyed by a flood, they asked Oneida Builders to renovate and update the kitchen and the powder room at the same time. So, everything in this 1974 kitchen is new! The cabinets are JSI Lexington with raised panel doors in Maple with a black glaze and beautiful rope detail. Royal cream granite countertops feature hints of black, grays and browns to bring out the glaze in the cabinets, and a full-height granite back splash creates a rich bold look. Appliances are KitchenAid and Whirlpool in black. Brushed nickel fixtures add the perfect highlights. The new laminate floor features a distressed wood look. The finishing selections are repeated in the powder room for a seamless design flow. This kitchen renovation provided a fresh start for these homeowners who had lost so much due to water damage. Plus, Oneida Builders created the new look on a modest budget!
